Instructions:

1. Clean your nipples to remove body oil and skin residue. Dry them with a towel.
2. Apply the petal nipple covers one side at a time. Make sure that as you apply, your nipple is in the center of the nipple cover. If you're not satisfied with the result, peel it off and try again.
3. Gently press the nipple cover onto your skin.

Recommendations:
1. Do not use a brush, fingernails, or other irritating cleaning solutions to clean nipple covers. All you need is warm water or a mild body wash.
2. Hand wash the nipple covers and do not dry them in the sun.
3. We recommend not using nipple covers on scars, wounds or sensitive skin.
