Apply the oil to your skin and massage in with long, sweeping motions. For a more comfortable experience, massage from the heart and outward rather than toward the heart. Alternate gentle strokes with firmer strokes and increased pressure, ensuring any muscle tension is released.

For an enhanced experience, warm the massage oil in a warm bath before applying it to your body. Pour the oil you're going to use into a small glass and place it in a bowl with some warm water for five minutes. Hot tap water at around 45 degrees Celsius is fine. This also releases some of the essential oils into the air, creating a wonderful atmosphere with your chosen fragrance.
